Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026 (draft).

DRAFT – for legal reviewThis text is a placeholder prepared for review by a lawyer. It is not yet legally binding. Items marked to be confirmed are open.

1. Who we are

This website, oneosglobal.com, presents ONE, a modular business operating system. The controller of personal data is TIM PARTNERS DOO, Trg Jakaba i Komora 16, 24000 Subotica, Serbia, company registration number (MB) 21481963, tax ID (PIB) 111436075. Contact: office@oneosglobal.com.

2. What this website collects

  • No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
  • No form submissions. The early-access form only prepares an email in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you send that email yourself from your own email app.
  • Local preference. If you close the language suggestion, your browser remembers that choice locally (key one-lang-hint). It never leaves your device.
  • Server logs. The hosting provider may log technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and operation. Provider, location and retention: [to be confirmed].

3. When you email us

If you write to office@oneosglobal.com or support@oneosglobal.com, we process what you send (such as your name, email address, company details and message) to reply and, for early-access requests, to assess whether ONE fits your company.

  • Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries [to be confirmed].
  • Email provider (processor): Google Workspace.
  • Conversation with ONE on the home page. What you write is sent to our AI model provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer; ONE looks only at public sources about your company. The conversation is kept so that we can follow up if you leave your details. Retention: [to be confirmed].
  • Retention: [e.g. up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows].

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country. Applicable law: [Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, GDPR].

5. Data inside the ONE product

This policy covers the website only. Business data that customers connect to ONE is processed under the customer agreement and a separate data-processing agreement [to be confirmed].

6. Changes

We will publish any changes on this page with a new date.
